Hair color/style: Almost white blond, wavy hair, not too short Complexion: Slightly tanned, but will burn if in the sun for to long Eyes: Very dark blue. Long spiky lashes, but like his hair, light in color so very hard to see. Hobbies: Swimming, used to communicate with dolphins, before his illness. Habits: Tilts his head to crack neck bones (loudly). Always look directly at the person who is speaking to him as he was deaf from an illness, a few turns ago from which he is slowly recovering. He still lip reads sometimes but doesn't really need to anymore. It's just out of habit. Personality:
Very outgoing, always looking after the underdog, has an ingrained sense
of fair play, which he believes everyone else should adhere to. A little
naive sometimes considering his background. Is very resentful of the
fate which left him having to recover from deafness for so long. His caravan was in between Holds when a Searchdragon stopped the train. Being curious about the dragon the made his way to where the Caravan Master was in deep conversation with the rider of the blue dragon. He stopped dead still as the blue dragon swung his head to him and started sniffing, his great eyes whirling faster. Josuan wasn't knew to dragons, his train supplied Paradise River Weyr twice a Turn. When he looked back at the train leader he noticed that all eyes where on him. His father wasn't happy as he is the only son, but he gave in after much persuasion from his mother. Josuan went to Paradise River Weyr only a few days before the Hatching was expected to take place and Impressed Shakath at his first hatching. They went through weyrling training without much trouble, but just before graduation there was an explosion in a mine he was at, and he suffered server hearing damage along with headache for two Turns. During that time he had to learn to read peoples lips when they spoke to him as his hearing was gone. What was thought to be a tragedy has in reality turned into a good thing, because it forced J'suan to trust in his lifemate much more than he had before the accident. Once a full rider, he has strove to become the best rider and dragon that they can be.
