Anything you feel would help describe your character: He’s always been the smallest, the

stuffed up, giving him a nasally voice.
Hobbies: He likes to play with his twin sister as well as learn all that he can.
Personality: He’s a pleasant enough child, though he always seems to be sick. Due to this he
is inside most of the time. He looks up to his twin, admires her good nature, but also harbors
a bit of jealousy toward her for her health. He is often picked on by other children and his sister
always protects him and while he appreciates it, he also hates having to have a girl take care of him.
Background: He and his twin were born to a greenrider in Southern Weyr, Resinal. The young
woman, who herself was a twin, struggled to care for the children while living for her dragon and
struggling to save her relationship with her weyrmate. The relationship fell apart and finally Resinal
resigned herself to not being able to take care of the children as a dragonrider.
At birth Mesin was smaller in size than his twin sister and as he grew he continued to be smaller than
Requel. His father, M’quel, visited them as often as he could and he always looked forward to their time,
but Resinal felt she’d failed them and couldn’t stand to face them. When M’quel transferred to Free Falling
Weyr, both children moved with him. Though he is busier at this Weyr, he still makes time for both children.
